High 5 made it right almost immediately I couldn’t ask for a better resolution Update: I have raved about this platform for years. And they have always Been good to me until this weekend. I’ve won a significant amount of money, and attempted to redeem, and nothing. And nothing but the run around and not a single person caring enough to even check in on it. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I hope they make it right today but if not I’ll be changing this rating to a 1 because I can’t believe this platform is doing this. I’ve been playing on this platform for more than 3 years. I absolutely love the set up on their app, it’s so easy to use! They have phenomenal customer service and redemption is usually extremely quick! I’ve never had a single problem with them and they’ve been very good to me. They also have a sister company now called Lucky Bit Casino and it’s just like this one but uses crypto. You should give both of them a try! Currently I’m waiting on three redemptions but I anticipate they will be approved today, I’ll update when they are!
